When will I get access to my course?

You will receive an email giving you access to the course the next working day after paying for your course. If you do not, check your spam folder and ensure that info@thelearningrooms.com is added to your safe list. If you still cannot access your course send an email to support@thelearningrooms.com.

How long will I have access to my course?

Access to all our e-learning courses is for three months from the date of payment and enrolment. Extended access can be purchased at a reduced rate by contacting info@thelearningrooms.com.

Will I have access to tutor support while I am completing my course?

All of our management and leadership e-learning courses offer tutor support. This is available using the online discussion forums and messaging within the Online Learning Centre. Our Health & Safety courses do not offer access to a subject matter expert.

WIll I get a certificate of completion for my course?

A certificate of completion and for CPD can be sent to your email on request. Please request your certificate by sending an email to info@thelearningrooms.com stating your name and the course you have completed.

WIll my course count towards my Continious Professional Development (CPD)?

We can provide a certificate of completion for all courses. You can use that certificate as evidence of your CPD activity and your CPD awarding authority can award CPD points. The CPD points advertised are based on an average of 1 point for 1 hour of learning.

What do I do if I have a problem with my course?

If you have any problems with your course you can request support by email.
